Bilang paghahanda sa Bicameral Conference Committee Meeting, binisita ng ilang kawani ng Department of Science and Technology, kongreso, at senado ang itinatayong Virology Institute of the Philippines (VIP) sa New Clark City, Capas, Tarlac nitong March 7.
Layon ng VIP na makabuo ng bakuna at magkaroon ng mas malalim na pag-aaral tungkol sa virus at pathogen na nagdudulot ng sakit sa tao, hayop, at halaman.
